Answers: Hello!! I love to eat I mean who dosent? Well anyway my questine is............ Do you have any deliciouse recipies? Also do you have any idias for something I can make on the go? Also do you have any smoothie recipies? I am so skinny I need to eat BUT i want to eat healthy and dont want to do anything harmful to my health and body. So im thinking healthy. Also i will exept desert recipies and snack recipies!!!

Dessert: Brulee'd fruit. Put some assorted fruit and berries in a small ramekin dish. Cover with 1 or 2T of sugar in the raw. Stick under broiler in oven and remove when sugar melts and is lightly browned. Serve with Creme freche or marscapone on top.
Snack: Scramble some eggs with minced garlic, salt & pepper mixed in. A little parsley is also good if you have some on hand. Roll up in a split pita pocket. Delic! :)
Smoothie: 1C milk or soy milk, 1 banana, 1C fresh or frozen berries, 1C plain yogurt, 2T honey
