You want to start with Sushi & Sashimi and a small Soup. Make sure you have Vegetarian and Meat options with your Sushi in case one doesn't like raw fish. You can get cheap Sushi Kits in most cooking shops.
Then I suggest a Medium Cut of Meat with either Veg or Salad (Olive Oil & Balsamic w/ a Little Lemon/Lime to Taste)
Cook the Meat Medium / Rare so it is Tender. Probably Use Lamb w/ Garlic/Rosemary.
Finish off with a Mousse or Some soft Dessert like this. Doesn't matter if you Buy something Ready Made.
A Nice bottle or Two of Red Wine and she'll Love It.

Chicken Marsala, this is so easy, and so delicious!!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup all-purpose flour for coating
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded 1/4 inch thick
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/4 cup cooking sherry

DIRECTIONS
In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper and oregano. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture.
In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium heat. Place chicken in the pan, and lightly brown. Turn over chicken pieces, and add mushrooms. Pour in wine and sherry. Cover skillet; simmer chicken 10 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink and juices run clear.

Serve over white rice, with a Cesar salad and Brown and serve dinner rolls..

Serve chicken Alfredo with broccoli as the main course. You can use one of those meal kits and just add frozen broccoli. Make a simple salad with croutons and Cesar dressing served before or along side the main course. A white wine would be suitable with this meal, and if you'd like to use a bread use a basic French bread. For dessert go with cheesecake or berry pound cake.
