If you make a cake, cut it into pieces and individually wrap. Some people don't want a whole cake but would love just one piece. So if you baked it in a sheetcake pan, you could frost it and cut it into squares.

Same with pies - bake them in a square pan so you can cut them square if you want but however, cut them into serving size.

Someone already mentioned the cheesecake tarts - those were an absolute hit at a military bake sale recently.

My great-aunt made a mixture of melted chocolate, cashews, and the colored mini-marshmallows, cut them into squares and sold them - they went fast too.

My great-aunt said that Spritz cookies are a hot item too. So is peanut brittle.
Hope that helps.

Make wine bread, everyone loves wine bread, it sells out immediatly and you can make $6 to $8 dollars a loaf. Just purchase a bunch of different pie fillings and most recipes make 4 large or 8 small loaves, frost with cream cheese ready made frosting, or else bag up a bunch of chex, puppy chow mix. Package the Snack Mix or Apple Chips in inexpensive sandwich bags with curling ribbon to close and simple paper tag that tells what's inside (use colored paper) or use the cutesy goodie bags available at the dollar store. Sometimes presentation is just as important and the food.

Good Luck!
