How can I make Milk chocolate out of unsweetened chocolate bars?!


Question: Melt the unsweetened chocolate bars in a double boiler... a heavy saucepan with acouple inches of water underneath and a HEAT SAFE bowl on top... DO NOT let any water into the chocolate or it will seize up and be ruined... Melt the bars over med. to low heat and stir frequently... Once melted you can add sugar to taste AND warmed heavy cream..... Good luck

melt down the chocolate in a medium saucepan and slowly and in small amounts add milk. must do it very slowly and onlly after you've liquified the chocolate bars.

Slowly melt your chocolate bars down to a liquid making sure you do not burn it. And then add about 1/3 cup of milk.

Making milk chocolate has a bit of work. but i can however give you something to make with those unsweetened chocolate that may be a bit easier than trying to get the proper consistancy. the ones above failed to mention adding more sugar because the product you have has none. but here is this brownies-
