Lulu lulu lulu...what are u doing???

you actually cook chicken in the microwave? while ur on your computer and on the net, google what ever you want to make ( cook ) u will find all the answers there

The chicken: Add some seasoned salt or marinade and stick it in the micro for about 4 mins. Turn it over and then another 2 mins. Poke it in the middle to make sure it cooked all the way.

The rice: Boil 6 cups of water. When it boils, add 3 cups of rice and turn the fire on as low as possible. It should be done in about 20 mins. The water and rice correspond in halves. 4 cups of water, 2 cups of rice. 2 cups of water, 1 cup of rice.
:D

please do not cook your chicken in the microwave. thats awfuly. Stick it in the oven until its white in the middle.

Or you could cut it into cubes and fry it in a pan. Then just add some water and rice, cover and let boil forl ike 10 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add spices and veggies and you got yourself a quick and easy meal!

Cooking chicken in the slow cooker for about 5 hours on high (or 10 hours on low) is the best way. Add the rice during the last 40 minutes.

OR

You could bake the chicken in the oven for about 45 minutes (thawed, not frozen) and boil the rice on the stovetop.

oh my! don't ever cook ur chicken in the microwave. Do you know what will happen to him? He will get all rubbery and jelly like he won't like u for that! Cook him nice and slow either in an oven or a barbecue if you like him nice and crispy just like i do. he will then do the chicken walk fo you when he's done cookin'! play along... i had fun writing this! :) I can be silly sometimes, but i know what i'm talking bout!

LOL... well how do want it to taste?

Asian style chicken fried rice?
Spanish arroz con pollo?
Campbell's soup caserole?
Baked chicken w/ steamed rice on the side?

Those are just the most common ways I prepare rice and chicken for dinner.

Really, if you're looking for a recipe you've gotta be more specific on the question!

Put the chicken in the microwave until it explodes all over, and starts to smolder, Do not cook the rice, just chew it slowly.
To top off this gourmet meal have a big glass of chunky milk.
MMMmmmmmmmmm!

Put the chicken in a covered dish in the oven for about 45 min (if thawed) with enough water to level half way the chicken. Then add the rice and it will soak up the water and juice from the chicken. Gives the rice a good flavor. You can also add broccolli in the last 15 min of cooking and do a whole meal in 1 dish.

For a simple but delicious chicken & rice meal Just buy:
Chicken breasts (already diced if ya really lazy)
chicken tonight jars of which flavour u desire
And Uncle bens bagged rice.

You then fry the diced chicken until its all white add the sauce and simmer for about 15-20 mins...put on the rice while simmering (its in bags, so just pop the bags in boiling water) for about 15 mins & ta da an easyily cooked meal in about 20 -30 mins

Oh & Naan breads alwasy go really nicely with it & my favourite is country french sauce or cantonese sauce...absolutely LUSH!!!!!

Boil the chicken with an onion and some celery [amounts don't really matter]. Set liquid aside and skin and bone the chicken, leaving meat in the largest possible chunks. Measure the amount of broth set aside...add enough water to give you 2 cups of liquid put in one chicken bouillon cube....put chicken into liquid along with 1 cup of rice....follow rice cooking directions and you got it. Good luck!

Don't us the microwave that kills the flavour.
Use an oven or boil it.

LuLu please you are killing me. Chicken in a mirco?? Well if you are in a hurry and don't want to fuss with it. Use the oven. You can change to your liking. You can just bake the chicken(pieces) at 350 for about 45-60 Min's.Are if you are doing chicken breasts.Take your rice,a can of soup.(Chicken-Mushroom and bake uncovered. 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. Season to taste.Add cheese on top towards the end. Simple and easy

lol... reading this question reminded me of Flavor of love. There was this girl named Hottie and she wanted to make him chicken in the microwave.... YUK!!!

anyway, unless it is one of those processed chicken that says you can make it like that i would suggest it. Just try making it on the stove and the time limit really depends on how you are making it.

Best of luck!

Are you cooking it separate or together? Anyway, just boil the chicken in a sauce pan until done. Add the rice to the chicken/broth and boil over low heat until rice is soft and fluffy.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic seasoning.

1 cup rice to 2 cups water.....cook in covered bowl on high for 5 mins...turn microwave to half power for 15 mins....then let set for 5 mins
