You will go home with an empty dish with this, potluck pleaser, double the recipe if you like, 8 servings as is.
Goulash
1# hamburger
14 oz jar pizza sauce
1 box mac & cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. mozzarella cheese
Fry hamburger w/ onion, drain any grease and add pizza sauce and powdered cheese package
Boil mac, drain and add to hamburger
mix up and put in 2 qt. casserole on 325 for 20 minutes (delicious and easy)

Well, you can't go wrong with a casserole. However, stuffed bell peppers are reallly easy and delicious. You'll also be able to use the ground beef. Go to The Food Network's web page, and look up a recipe. Basically, all you need are the peppers, veg. oil, garlic, ground beef, bread crumbs, and seasonings. (I always add extra seasoning because I'm from Louisiana.) But, overall something in the casserole group should be good.

This is so easy and so good!

EASY TACO PIE
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 envelope (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup Original Bisquick? mix
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
salsa (any variety)
Sour cream, if desired
Heat oven to 400oF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry). Spoon into pie plate; top with chilies. Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
