3) Mu Shu Pork wrapped in Asian Pancakes
4) Pork and Potato Hash
5) Cube the remainder of the Pork Loin and add it to 2 cans Texas Style Ranch Beans and add 2 cans of Herdez Salsa Casera, 2 chilis in adobo and simmer for 1 hour.........Damn good chili!!!

turkey. I buy the biggest turkey I can find and then either roast the whole thing and take it apart , or I cut it up raw and use. Diced breast of turkey is great in any hot dish or casserole you would use chicken in. Also, fried turkey is yummy. The bony back parts I use the same as chicken, for soups and broth. Any recipe you use with chicken you can use turkey and it give a nicely different flavor.

Any large cut of meat--ham, beef and pork roasts, turkey, whole salmon. In fact, you can usually get good deals on large quantity "family packs" of meat, cook it once, and make lots of tasty meals from the left overs or freeze it for another day.

I don't think I would appreciate chili this and chili that and so on. Too much of the same seasoning. It's all about the meat. You can add it to all sorts of things with different seasoning for infinite variety.

Remember that old Pizza Hut commercial--"on the first day after Christmas my true love made for me---left over turkey! On the second day after Christmas my true love made for me--turkey casserole made from leftover turkey!.......... On the 12th day after christmas my true love made for me--flaming turkey wings!!! It was hilarious!!! But you see my point...

1. Ground beef
Tacos, burritos, hamburgers, hamburger helper, taco salad

2. Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Grilled chicken, slow cooked chicken, chicken parmesan, grilled chicken salad, chicken marsala, chicken kiev
