Question: The site has pictures if you want to look.

"Loroco is native to Central America, and was called Quilite, which in the indigenous language means “Edible herb”. loroco is an edible flower/herb and pupusas is a thick hand made tortilla

I don't know about loroco, but I can explain what pupusas are.

Pupusas are the traditional food of El Salvador. They are made with masa (the dough used to make tortillas) and usually cheese. The cheese is put between two layers of masa and then cooked on a gridle. It can also be made with meat in the middle such as ham or chorizo. It is served with curtido y salsa (shredded lettuce or cabbage and what most people would call pico de gallo - cut up tomatoes, peppers and onions)

They are delicious!

thanks for asking this, cause I was lost too. LOL
