hamburgers, probably; I make them and freeze them and then pull a couple out when I need them. I thaw them and throw them on my electric grill--really fast and easy and I serve salad with them to make a full meal.

turkey sandwhich on white bread with 2 peices of cheese and lettece with some Doritios ((Nacho Cheese))

Toasted sandwich (in one of those breville things that was the craze back in the 80s or 90s) with chocolate spread in. It is surprisingly delicious but i am trying to cut back on them!

Pennsylvania Dutch Goloush. It's like homemade hamburger helper. Brown 1 1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger and drain fat, return to skillet. Boil 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, drain and add to hamburger. Add 1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce. Stir 2-3 minutes and serve. My teenage boys scream for it!

Chicken Parm. you can get some chicken breasts for your freezer for this too. Take your chicken and but it into egg (mixed) then dip it into bread crumbs, herbs and some parmison cheese. Then put it into a pan with olive oil to sauté it. get a pan and put in some tomato sauce. when chicken is done sautéing, put it in and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmison. Bake until done (depends on your oven. 450 degress works best) Eat up. its easy & healthy.

2 slices of bread, some turkey slices, some slices of swiss, and mayo, make into a sandwich, and grill (like grilled cheese). good with cranberry sauce. yummy.

A boiled or microwaved hot dog and potato chips.

i have to say junk food chips, real food if you have about 30 mins hambuger helper, a couple of minutes i would say frozen meals or yogurt

Fresh pasta and a quick sauce of tomato, garlic, olives and olive oil - great with a green salad.

I love this recipe and so does my family. Brown up about 1 lb. ground meat (doesn't matter what kind) with a some seasonings. If you have ground sausage you would need less than if you are using ground turkey. You get the point. Mix in a large can of diced tomatoes and let it simmer on a medium high heat for about 5 minutes. While this is happening cut a loaf of Italian bread close to the top. Then hollow out the bottom. You want a nice pocket to hold the meat. Toast it at 400 for about 5 minutes. Then about 2/3 of the way with the meat mixture, a few dollops of ricotta and a layer of mozz cheese to the top. Cover with the top and pop it back in the oven for 10 minutes. While the bread is toasting I throw together a quick salad of prewashed greens, halved grape tomatoes and sliced English cucumber. I am done in less than 1/2 hour if I am focused.
