Should I regard natural sugar the same way I regard the other kind?!
Answers: For example...I'm pretty hungry and eat an apple but I'm still hungry for one more, should I think to myself "There is good sugar in it so it's ok if i eat lots of "sugary" fruits." or should I be like "I already had enough for one day, not good to have more than a little of this stuff!"
I think a medium sized apple has around 100 calories. I'd go for it. Think about how much worse of a snack you could have!
