You can buy "pancake rings" in different shapes that work for shaping pancakes and eggs, but I don't know of any for shaped omelets. I've seen them at target before, but you can also try places like Michaels, cooking stores, etc...
Sorry I couldn't figure out how to post such a long link (it kept cutting it off), but if you go to http://www.amazon.com and search "pancake rings" a whole bunch should come up.

or you can try looking under bakeware, see if there is a heart pattern pan or something, just a guess
