Which shall I do? the lads don't mind what they eat when I'm cooking!?!

Question: I have a load of skinless boneless chicken breasts, and a load of giant prawns (fresh)
Shall I do:
Sweet chili and lime prawns with coriander leaves to start, then
Chicken forestiere: - Chicken, smoked bacon, wild mushrooms, baby onions in a white wine sauce with herbs and a touch of garlic

OR
Pad Thai noodles: Noodles in a clear broth with chicken and prawns, lime leaves, lemon grass, galingal with shredded vegetables

Chicken Satay
marinate chicken in thick coconut cream, spices, chili and grill serve with a coconut chili and peanut dipping sauce.

Which would you prefer? Lager to drink
banana splits for pud

wow I should think they are right not to mind love the sound of both prob leaning towards Chicken forestiere.

Yum, yum - I don't mind! - give me the address I'll be there!!!

I'm not a chicken breast fan, but I would go with the first 2 choices. Not big on asian food so the first sounds great! Yum, everything is better when cooked by someone else! Enjoy your meal!

You just said the lads don't mind what they eat when you're cooking. Just cook what you have in your fridge and serve. You'll save more money and trouble thinking of what to cook.

I'd go with the Chicken forestiere. I don't really like lager, so I'd prob go with the banana splits!
