This is the best recipe I've found, I doubled it for you're huge pan so no need to double it again
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds dry ziti pasta
2 onion, chopped
2 pounds lean ground beef
4 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
3/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced
3 cups sour cream
3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
-Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.
-In a large skillet, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce, and simmer 15 minutes.
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 19 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch baking dish. Layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
-Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheeses are melted.

I never heard of sour cream, but I always mix ricotta cheese with eggs and put it in ziti

Baked Ziti
Recipe courtesy Raven-Symone

1 stick unsalted butter
2 pounds ground turkey or ground beef
2 medium jars spaghetti sauce with roasted garlic
Pinch dried oregano
Pinch dried parsley
Pinch salt, plus additional salt for pasta water
Pinch pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (1-pound) box rigatoni noodles
2 (1-pound) blocks mozzarella cheese (not the soft kind)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat. Add turkey and cook until browned. Add tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, and onion and simmer until onion is tender.

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until a little less than al dente. Drain and cool. Cut 1 of the blocks of cheese into cubes and slice the other into thin slices. Melt the remaining butter and pour into the bottom of a deep 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Pour 1 1/2 ladles full of the sauce into the dish, or enough to completely cover the bottom. Add a layer of pasta and then a layer of cubed cheese. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.

Fill 1 of the empty sauce jars 1/8 full with water and shake. Pour over pasta. Top with the thin slices of cheese, and sprinkle with additional oregano and parsley, if desired. Cover casserole with foil and place in oven. Check every 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove foil for last 5 minutes of cooking to brown cheese.

This one doesn't have sour cream but it has all the rest of your requirement:

Baked Ziti II

INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta
24 ounces ricotta cheese
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix ziti, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg and 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spoon in ziti mixture. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce, followed by Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes; let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

1 Box of pasta (16oz.) rotini, penne, mostacolli, whatever you want
1 pound of ground beef
5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
32 oz of ricotta cheese
3 cans of black olives, sliced (usually 3.8 oz) OPTIONAL
1 jar of Prego sauce (67oz jar)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

Cook pasta according to package
Cook ground beef through season with salt and pepper
Empty ricotta into a bowl so it won't be so cold and it'll be easier to spread
Heat up sauce

In a large mixing bowl put half of the cooked pasta, half of the olives, half of the beef, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, half of the sauce. Mix all together then place in your baking pan or dish. Spread it out evenly, then get ricotta and spread ricotta out evenly over the pasta mixture layer. Mix the other half of pasta, olives, beef, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, and sauce. Lay it over the ricotta layer and evenly spread it. Sprinkle remainder of mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour, then uncover and bake till cheese on top is melted, bubbly, brown.

I know it seems like alot but this is a great recipe, makes alot of food

You don't really need the eggs, or sour cream, just noodles, pasta sauce, oregano, black pepper, basil, mozzarella, parmesan cheese,
and if you choose to add ground meat of some sort.

Link below is, probably, more what you have in mind. Your pan "sounds" as if it's about 20 cups so, if you increase this recipe by 25%, that should "do". I would cook it for 30 mins (and would, also, use 1-1/2 lbs. of fresh mozzarella).
Best would be if you could prepare it a day in advance as that would allow the ziti to absorb the flavours. If you do, remove from 'fridge 1-1/2 hrs. before reheating at 350 for 35 - 45 mins. (you may need to cover with foil during last 10 -15 mins. so it doesn't become crispy on top).
