The easiest way to make shaped chocolates is to use candy molds. These can be purchased at craft stores such as Hobby Lobby or Michael's. They can also be found at departments stores live WalMart or Target. Melt almond bark or white chocolate. Pour into molds. Chill, depending on the size of the molds, it may be solid in as little as 15 minutes. Large molds may take longer. If you have problems with the mold "sticking", use a little spray cooking oil such as Pam. White chocolate may be tinted using food coloring. You can add flavoring such as almond extract, lemon extract, etc. You can also add finely chopped nuts or crushed peppermint sticks. This is very easy to do. Have fun with it.

you need candy molds.

Go to a craft store or baking area of your grocery store. There are those bags of chocolates of different colors. Just melt and pour into molds. I think Michaels might have some. If you want to add different flavors, just experiment with some liquid flavoring. To make the strawberry color, just get white chocolate and add a little red food coloring to the chocolate when heating.

I use ice cube moulds they are cheap come in all kinds of shapes,Hearts etc plus now you can get silicon mouldsthat makes getting chocolates out easier...happy chocolate making
