I just put a 4 lb pork loin in the crock pot, its mostly frozen, how long do I let it cook?!

Question: I'm looking for a minimum suggestion on time, low &/or high setting. I'll obviously leave it in there until dinner, but need to know how early/late I'll be eating.

About 10 hrs on low, in a frozen state, maybe you should get up early, around 5-6 am and start it and it will be ready for dinner later that afternoon.

if u just put it in put in on high for at least 4 hours for early dinner or 6 hours on low for a later dinner... it will be good and tender either way and make sure it is properly seasoned...

Put on the low setting if possible- it'll be 10hours.

6-8 hours.

your looking at 6-8 hours since it is frozen, I would try to defrost it a bit in the micro first...the key to tenderness is slow cooking at low temp but if you just put it in it will take forever if its frozen solid
