Whole milk will work, trust me, I've made thousands of cheesecakes and all the milk/cream do is to help emulsify the mixture for easier incorporation of all the ingredients.....Evaporated milk will work as well.....you could even take some sour cream or plain yogurt and thin it with some milk to the consistancy of heavy cream.....Enjoy your cheesecake!!!

Nope it will not have the correct weight and taste.
I would say fat free half and half or whole milk before the coffee creamer.
i suggest going to the store. you cant **** with cheesecake girl
Coffee creamer should work okay. Evaporated milk is a good substitute for cream. Whole milk would be okay - but it is thinner than cream, add a little flour or cut the milk amount in half. Cheese cake is pretty forgiving - little changes won't matter too much.
i don't know... i suppose if it's the kind you bake it should be ok but only use 3/4 of what the recipe calls for since the consistency of coffee creamer and heavy cream are much different! good luck!
the only thing that would come remotely close is evaporated milk NOT the nonfat/lowfat one. even then, it's still really not heavy enough. you really need the heavy cream. can someone else run to the store for you? if you want the cheesecake to come out right especially since you're baking it, use heavy cream like the recipe calls for or use a different recipe that doesn't use it.
Heavy Cream Substitute

Category: Mixes and Make Your Own
Serves/Makes: 1 cup | Difficulty Level: 1 | Ready In: < 30 minutes
Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled
Directions:
Use in place of one cup heavy cream.
I would say make the trip to the store, or make something different.
Those coffee creamers are generally non-dairy to begin with.
If it is half and half then I have to say yes but that regular cremora type is not really dairy at all and will not have a good effect on the cheesecake.
Half and half will work just fine, I never have heavy cream in the house, and know one can tell the difference.
