Yah - I think the carbonara part of it is bacon. You could probably just alfredo sauce from the spaghetti section of the store and add about 1/2 pound of bacon, cut to 1/4" and fried until brown.

...
Dont buy it, made it!:

Carbonara sauce recipe

Recipe ingredients:

4 tablespoon butter
8 slice bacon, cut in 1/4″ strips
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
1 pound spaghetti
8 quarts water

Recipe method:

Cream soft butter. In another bowl, beat eggs and yolks and whisk until blended. Add 1/2 cup cheese.
Heat large casserole dish in 200F oven. Bring water and salt to boil in large pot. Meanwhile, fry bacon in skillet over med heat until crisp.
Pour off half of fat and stir in red pepper flakes and cream.
Bring cream mixture to simmer and keep warm until spaghetti is done.
Transfer cooked spaghetti to heated serving bowl and stir in creamed butter. Coat well.
Stir in hot bacon and cream mixture and finally the beaten eggs and cheese.
The heat of the pasta will cook the raw eggs.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with remaining grated cheese.

It is way too easy to make homemade and much better than anything you would find in a package.

SPAGHETTI CARBONARA
1 lb thin spaghetti
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 lb bacon or lean salt pork, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
3/4 cup Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cook spaghetti according to package directions in salted water.
Meanwhile, saute bacon over low heat until crisp, adding garlic during the last few minutes.

Add cheese and wine to beaten eggs.

Drain spaghetti and return to pot; toss with egg mixture while spaghetti is still hot. Stir in bacon, bacon drippings, and pepper. Mix well.
