Chicken can be made so many ways, baked, boiled, grilled, barbecued and of course, fried. Fried has to be the favorite, and perfecting it is an art and a science--the art is in the presentation of golden and the science is in the preparation and cooking.
Instructions
Difficulty: Moderate
Things You'll Need
12 to 15 chicken wings
Seasonings (seasoning salt and pepper are good choices)
2 to 3 large eggs
Medium-sized bowl
Big spoon
Ziplock bag
4 cups of flour
3 cups of cooking oil
Papertowels
Plate
Steps
1Step OnePlace 3 cups of cooking oil in a frying pan and turn the stove on medium heat.
2Step TwoRinse chicken wings with warm water.
3Step ThreePlace the chicken on a plate and season on both sides.
4Step FourIn the medium-sized bowl, scramble eggs.
5Step FivePlace 4 cups of flour into the ziplock bag.
6Step SixPlace the seasoned wings into the bowl of scrambled eggs and stir using the big spoon. You will probably be able to fit just a few wings in the bowl at a time.
7Step SevenTake the wings from the bowl and place inside the ziplock bag of flour and shake up.
8Step EightPlace the wings into the frying pan. Repeat Steps 6-8 until all the wings are fried on each side.
9Step NineAllow wings to fry for about 12 to 15 minutes on each side.
10Step TenWith a fork, take each golden wing out and place on a plate.
11Step Eleven Use a paper towel to blot the grease from the wings. Don't worry they'll still taste delicious.
Tips & Warnings
Don't turn the heat up too high. This could cook too fast and leave the skin burned and the inside undercooked

HOPE I HELPED!! :)

you won't like it

Your gonna need oil to fry them in a skillet. You could saute them in a sprayed skillet or deep fried usuing oil & seasoned flour. Or just season the and bake them on a cookie sheet on 350 for 45 to an hour.

You'll be missing the best part - the crust!

Wash the chicken, then season, roll in flour, put enough oil, and fry it.

if you decide to fry anything try to use an iron skillet with a temperture thermometer. keep it low and flip very little so it cooks in the inside. if you have a wok it works as well too. GL!

Seriously, it's quick and dirty, but it's amazing.

Take a sauce pan, fill it with oil... canola works best.

Bread your chicken. DON'T fry it unbreaded. Tastes nasty.

Drop in the chicken, wait till it looks like it should, then take it out.

ALSO: Keep your oil temp right at 160-180 degrees.

yuk.....dip that chick in some milk and egg and then seasoned flour....if your going to pan fry.....and add 1/2 skillet of oil...to really fry it up nice and golden...

I was going to sugest...oven frying.... : )

but if you are bound and determine...go ahead... Yuk... !

Just with hot oil, but if I were you I would bake them first until they are done, then I would fry them to get that crispy cruch. Or you can dredge them in plian flour or a flavored flour (seasoned to your liking) then fry them. I like the baking then frying method myself cuz you can bake them ahead of time then fry them when you are ready, and the frying won't take nearly as long.

If you want a simple an yummy hot sauce try this:
1 bottle franks red hot sauce
approx 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter (depending on the size of the hot sauce bottle)
Itallian seasoning
1 clove garlic minced (optional)

Put everryhting in a saucepan, heat thru then toss the wings in the sauce. Also good with chicken breasts, or chicken tenders for a bufflalo style chicken. Or even with shrimp.

it's great with rice and the mae ploy chicken dip which is always mistaken for sweet and sour sauce for spring/egg rolls
