Does anyone know the recipe for joey grey-(gray)?!


Question: JOEY GREY
6 sausages
6 rashers of bacon
4 large tomatoes, or a tin of tomatoes
4 large potatoes. sliced
1 onion
3 stock cubes
METHOD:
Fry the sausages, bacon and onion in a pan until brown. Cover with water, and add the sliced potatoes. Simmer. After about 10 minutes, add the tomatoes and sprinkle the stock cubes all over. Let it simmer.

Serve with crusty bread and butter.

Peel and slice potatoes,peel and slice onions,put in big pot and boil,when cooked add the tomatoes and 3/4 oxo(depends our much you make,and how big the pot is)let this all cook together,while its cooking ,fry off bacon and sausages,serve the JOEY GREY in a deep bowl put in your bacon and sausages,serve it with bread and butter.
