Try:

cumin
garlic
cayenne
more or hotter Chili Powder
Tabasco
Habernero Sauce

Those in moderation should zing up your chili...........

Why don't you start by telling us what you put in it?

you! and onion powder..mmmm=]

To heat it up without adding too much chili powder, put in some banana pepper juice. It gives that kick and doesn't effect the taste.

do you have onions, peppers? try chili powder, a little bit of spices

Crushed red pepper perhaps ?

Without seeing your recipe to see what you already have in it, it is hard to say what else you need to add but you can try:

More chili powder
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Tabasco, or other, hot sauce
Spicy chili beans with sauce
Cayanne pepper
Crushed hot pepper flakes

Add a can of tomato sauce, a piece of chocolate, a teaspoon of paprika and a teaspoon of Tabasco sauce.

Try one or a combination of:

cayenne pepper
jalapeno pepper sauce
fresh seranno peppers
cumin or taco seasoning

Next time, try using beef chorizo instead of hamburger, available at Mexican grocery stores.

just add more chili powder

Spicy chili beans

A dash of old bay seasoning or red pepper flakes...

Add a can of hot chili beans and a little red pepper...
