Yes you can put in the fridge overnite, wrap in saran wrap,
after you either shape into a ball, or after you roll it.
you can freeze also, but in the fridge is best as long as you use it
in the next 2 days,
just make sure you put it in there right away before the shortening melts and then your crust will not be flakey.

www.foodnetwork.com is also a good resource and it is fun

Doesnt take very long to thaw, I would freeze it.

I would cover it well, put in the fridge (not freeze) and simply take it out about an hour before you are going to start working it.

ya... for sure just no more then a day...

just try it i dont think it would hurt it any

yes

Yes. It makes it easier to work with too. I always chill it at least an hour but overnight is good too.

Yes, just cover it with cling film.

lol

If you put it in the frig. then make sure its air tight . Moisture will build up quickly if you dont.

sure

make sure you use wax paper to cover it many times cold dough is better to work with :)

Yes. They frequently tell you to chill your dough before rolling it out. It is good in the fridge for 2-3 days. Let it warm up a little before rolling it out. You can freeze it, also.

freeze it

I'd put it in the fridge.

Just keep it in the fridge overnight, let it sit out on the counter for about 15 minutes, then flour a work surface and go to town with your creation!!! Enjoy whatever you're making!!

refrigerationis fine! I have kept pie crust in the fridge overnight plenty of times, and it turns out fine! Just make sure that it reaches room temperature before you do anything to it. If your dough is dry, then sprinkle a little water on it and let it set out for a minute or two to let it absorb.

don't freeze it. just put in frige.

yes. its perfectly fine to do that. yummy!!

you can put it in the fridge

yes, you can store it overnight in the fridge. Make sure you put it in a sealed container. Most doughs require 24 hours to sit.

YOU CAN REFIG IT FOR A DAY, IF LONGER, FREEZE IT

It is even better if you do. It's easy to work with when cold. Just seal it well.

i see no reason why not, why what's on the menu love? and shouldn't you be working? *tsk*tsk*
ahh i was wondering when you were gonna actually use all that stuff you had me running around picking up

Yes you can, I do that all thetime. As long as you use the dough within a few days, it will be fine. It keeps in the freezer for up to 3 months
