Question: Besides corn chips, any ideas??

Answers: Besides corn chips, any ideas??

Sliced avocados, salsa, grilled tomatoes, corn bread, chopped onions and crackers (some people like to mix these in with the chili), grated cheddar cheese.

Make dessert Mexican, too. Serve a custard.

cornbread, salad made with shredded lettuce, thinly sliced onions, and a bit of lemon or lime juice.

Spanish rice, blue corn bread (you use blue corn meal), pickled vegetables, tacos, taquitos, and or salad. (Cesar, of course!)

sorry, no idea

Corn bread is a great idea as is a light salad. Garnishes to go with the Chili would be crushed frito's, a dollop of Sour Cream and some chopped onions to go on top. Even garlic bread is a good combination.

Corn Bread that has drained corn in it..... it tastes good and keeps it moist.

Make homemade salsa and spoon it over some lettuce, onions cheese cubes or shredded cheese.....

For dessert......Chocolates.....really good chocolates! The chocolate will also take the heat from spices out of your mouths.

Yea,cornbread, crackers,or just good by itself. there are many type of cornbread, might want to trial and error, and find the best one that compliments the flavors.

We always had it with beans, rice and tortillas.
