Answers: i was woundering if there any recipes out there u guys like never cooked a whole one so dont know

i have a slow cooker. it is awsome! i put the meat in it usually around 10:00am. then i add 3-4 cans of any cream soups, like cream of mushroom or cream of broccoli. i cut up potatoes 5-6 and put in those small carrots. DON'T add water. the slow cooker makes a awsome gravey and the meat will be so tender. it will be ready by 5-6:00pm for dinner. you can also add onion if you want.

Just don't serve it raw.

Cut up the loin into strips! Then dip them in soy sauce and then flour and pan fry them in butter. I throw in sliced mushrooms and green peppers for some color and extra flavor and serve with rice. SUPER easy and really good.
I don't recommend doing a pork loin in a slow cooker as the meat is already so tender.
Another idea is to butterfly the loin, and stuff it with sausage, goat cheese and spinach (or whatever you like!) Put it in the over at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or until you think it's done.
Super easy and really good.

you can always split the roast and lay it flat lightly pound it and fill with like sundried cranberries and goats cheese and roll tie and roast in oven @ 350 for approx 45 min. and you can reduce about 11/2 cups red wine in a pot with rosemary sprigs to make a sauce

pre-heat oven to 450. season roast with sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme and sage. cut some thin slices of vidalia onion. place roast in roasting pan with rack. place the onion slices on top of roast. put a few slices of bacon on top. pit in hot oven, after 30 minutes turn heat down to 325. cook an additional 15 minutes per pound. allow to rest for 20 minutes before slicing. another one to try is a dry rub. a day ahead make a rub with 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon each of onion powder and garlic powder. 1 teaspoon each of sweet paprika, ground ginger, fresh ground black pepper, sea salt. add a dash or two of cayenne pepper if you like spicy. rub all over roast and let sit overnight or at least 3 hours. roast in the same manner as above.

heres how i do it. put it in an oven roaster, chunk some vegitables (potoes, carrots, onion) add pretty much any seasoning you like (garlic, salt, pepper, cayan) some lime and lemon juices and about 1 cup of water. then throw all that in a 400 degree oven untill the pork is fork tender and the vegitables are done. separate and serve. those are just the ingrediants i use in the () there is a ton of other stuff you cna put in and still come out great. i have used potato apple and bell pepers for a sweeter meat that the kids love. potato, green chili, and corn for a southwest flavor.

Put it into a slow cooker with a bottle of good BBQ sauce (like Jack Daniels or Bullseye). Let it cook all day and then shred it and serve it with good, soft rolls and coleslaw.
