If I have 2 and one third pounds of meatloaf I bought pre-made from the butcher how long should I cook @375?!

Question: I don't think 50 minutes will do it. I made meatloaf tonight (1 pound) and cooked it for 45 minutes...You're going to need to bake it at least an hour and 15 minutes I would think. Remember to let it sit for a few minutes before slicing it up (to prevent crumbling and keep the juices in)

i would say a good hour, check it after that.

2 and 1/3 lbs! You could feed the neighborhood. But at that weight 375 is going to take 1hr and 1/2. Now I'm going to want meatloaf!

cook for 45 to 50 min and check after if its good

If I were using 2 1/3 pounds of meat, I would divide it between two baking dishes and bake them that way. The cooking time would be less! I would then check it after 45-50 minutes and go from there. If you baked the whole thing in one pan, I think your baking time would at least double!
