How do I cook frozen meatloaf?!

Question: I made a meatloaf and froze it uncooked, and now I want to make it for dinner. Can I just cook it frozen or do I need to thaw it out first? I'd like to serve it in 2 1/2 or 3 hours. Is that possible?

Bake it at 200C for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 165C for about 25-30 minutes per pound.
Juices should be clear.

thaw in fridge over night is ideal way, or put on thaw cycle of microwave, Then cook. If you try to cook frozen, you will have raw center.

you don't need to thaw it first. Just put it in the oven. If your worried about an uncooked center and overdone exterior turn down the oven temperature a bit.
