I don't think you do. It's not something that can or should cook long and slow. Most of your ingredients don't need that much time to cook. Best to put in a lasagna pan the old fashioned way and bake it in the oven.

Take a look at these recipes:

http://www.cooks.com/rec/search?q=crock+...

1 pound chuck or 1/2 pound chuck
1/2 pound ground turkey
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
1/3 cup water
8 lasagna noodles
1 4 1/2 oz can mushrooms
1 15 oz carton ricotta cheese (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and seasoning, drain.
Mix spaghetti sauce and water. Place 4 uncooked noodles in lightly greased crockpot.

Layer with beef mixture, sauce and mushrooms.

Spread evenly with ricotta cheese and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.

Layer with remaining noodles, meat, sauce mixture, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.

Cover, cook on high 1 hour.

Reduce heat and cook on low 5 hrs.

Yield: 4 servings

Ive made this one before, but Ive got to tell you, if youre looking for a "great, easy recipe" try Rachael Rays "Pizzagna" Man the family loved that! Its like, whatever you like on pizza, I added Italain sausage to ours
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
1 large jar spaghetti sauce (such as Ragu in the 1 lb. 10 ounce jar)
1 package (8 ounces) no-boil lasagna noodles
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan/Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the beef, onion, and garlic in a little oil in a frying pan. Drain off any grease.
Add the spaghetti sauce into the browned meat mixture. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, milk, and egg.
Beat until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Then mix in the mozzarella cheese and the grated cheese, so that all the cheeses are combined.
Grease the slow cooker/Crock Pot with some vegetable shortening on the bottom and sides.

Put about 1/4 of the meat and sauce mixture in the bottom of the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Put a layer of noodles on top of that (break or cut them if needed). Put about 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top of that. Then repeat with sauce, noodles, cheese for another 2 layers. Top with meat sauce. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until noodles are tender.

Actually it is really easy this way--

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (12 ounce) package lasagna noodles
12 ounces cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic untill brown. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and oregano and stir until well incorported. Cook untill heated through.
In a large bowl mix together the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Spoon a layer of the meat mixture onto the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a double layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit noodles into slow cooker. Top noodles with a portion of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layering of sauce, noodles, and cheese until all the ingredients are used.
Cover and cook on low heat in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours

You can do it, if you use no-cook lasanga, the kind that you don't have to pre-boil before assembly. Just make sure you have more liquids than usual, because the pasta will absorb the water/gravy/liquids in the crockpot.

CROCKPOT ALMOST LASAGNA
1 box rotini (or ziti), any fun, flavorful pasta will do 2 - 28-oz jars pasta sauce(one with tomato chunks works well)
1 egg

1/2 lb sausage
2 tbsp olive oil
1 C. parmesan cheese
1/2 C italian breadcrumbs
1 bag mozzarella cheese
16-20 oz. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 C. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
dash salt & pepper

Grease crock-pot, or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cook rotini according to package directions, drain. Brown and drain meat. Toss pasta with olive oil. Add pasta sauce to mixture, toss well. Stir together parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/2 bag mozzarella cheese, and browned meat. Can sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Beat together ricotta, 2 eggs, parmesan, parsley, salt & pepper. Pour half of pasta/sauce/meat mixture into crock-pot. Spread entire ricotta mixture over first layer of pasta. Cover ricotta layer with remaining pasta mixture, and cover with remaining cheese. Cover, and cook on low 4-6 hours.
