Tofffee help?!
Answers: well im making a milk tofee and i cooked it al right and everything and its meant to set...but its not setting...should i put it in the fridge? is so how long? or shouldnt i ? please help =] thank you!
First important is at what temperature you made it, did you use a candy thermometer??? It should be made at 300 F.
Then you need to refrigerate it until it is hard and then break it into pieces.

first of all boil it a lot
then keep it in an air tight container and freeze it for 4hrs still if it does not works then repeat this process again
This sounds more like a caramel recipe..... I have made toffee many times and I never use milk or dairy in mine.... Toffee is basically butter, nuts, and sugar....
