Do you have a GREAT recipe for a fruite smoothies?!


Question: FRUIT SMOOTHIES
4 c. skim milk
2 c. fresh fruit (washed and cut up,
hulled, peeled, or pitted as
necessary
Sugar to taste (start with 1 tbsp.)
Dash vanilla (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Taste for sweetness (add a bit more sugar if necessary). Strain if desired and serve over ice cream or mix in blender with 2 cups of ice. The fresh fruit used can be bananas, berries, melons, peaches, or mangoes. Makes 4 servings.

P.S: You misspelled fruit

Get some frozen mixed summer berries, put them in a blender (still frozen)
Add half a glass of apple juice (for sweetness)
A full banana

The frozen berries will give you a cool frosty smoothie

Its so lovely, and so good for you.

Fresh Fruit Smoothies

2 cups fresh strawberries
2 large bananas
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
5 ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey

Clean the strawberries and remove the stems.
Peel the bananas and break it into chunks.
Place the strawberries and the bananas into a blender.
Then add the fruit juice, ice cubes, and the honey.
Place the lid on the blender.
Fold a kitchen towel over the blender so that it drapes over the top.
Turn the blender on high and blend the shake until smooth.
Always keep your hand over the lid so that it doesn't come off.

* 1 cup strawberries, sliced (250 ml.)
* 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed (250 ml.)
* 1 medium, ripe banana, sliced
* 1 cup strawberry yogurt (250 ml.)
* 2 tbsp honey (30 ml.)
* 2 cups ice (500 ml)
* Pineapple, for garnish, optional


Directions:
Fruit Smoothie

1. Combine strawberries, pineapple, banana, yogurt, honey and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour smooth mixture into chilled glasses. Garnish with a piece of pineapple. Serve chilled.

my favorite ssmoothie is just a simple berry smoothie. i make it for all my friends and they all love it

1 cup frozen rraspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2-1 cup orange juice
1/3 apple jucie
1 frozen fruit bar (strawberry)

basically, raid your fridge, and put whatever you want.
as a base, use yogurt and a splash of milk,
cut up various fruits (berries, etc.)
some honey, to taste,
and a handful of ice.
blend and you've got yourself a one-of-a-kind smoothie! ;)
