I would like the recipe for a cake called the "UGLY DUCKLING CAKE". Can you help me?!
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello lemon instant pudding
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Blend cake mix and instant lemon filling together with mixer. Add fruit cocktail, coconut and oil, then beat eggs until foamy and add to cake mixture. Pour into 13 x 9 inch greased cake pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup light brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
FROSTING
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Mix oleo, granulated sugar and evaporated milk. Boil for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cups coconut. Pour on top of cake (when cooled).

Cake:
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (16-ounce) can fruit cocktail in juice, undrained
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 large eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Coconut Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 325*F (160*C). Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
Combine cake mix, fruit cocktil, coconutand eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle cake batter evenly with the brown sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until tested done by inserting a wooden pick into center and it comes out clean.
Top hot cake with Coconut Topping.
For Coconut Topping: Bring butter, sugar and evaporated milk to a boil in small saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Spoon over hot cake.
Makes 12 servings.

Glaze:
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter
Mix cake mix, eggs and fruit cocktail and pour in a greased and floured 1 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Glaze: Melt butter and add milk and sugar until it comes to a boil. as soon as cake is baked, poke holes all over the top, then pour glaze into holes and on rest of cake. Moist and delicious.

1 c. Bakers Angel Flake coconut

1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from side of pan. Do not under bake. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Spoon hot butter glaze over warm cake. Serve warm or cool, with whipped topping if desired.
BUTTER GLAZE:
Combine 1/2 cup each butter, granulated sugar and evaporated milk in saucepan; boil 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/3 cups Bakers Angel Flake coconut.

INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 15 3/4-ounce can fruit cocktail in heavy syrup (do not use fruit cocktail in juice pack)
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Optional Sauce:
2/3 cup canned condensed milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 cubes (8 ounces) butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
For the cake: Preheat the oven to 325°. Grease and flour a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Lightly beat the eggs and add to the dry ingredients. Add the fruit cocktail with its syrup and stir well to mix. Sprinkle the brown sugar and walnuts over the top. Bake until cake tests done, about 50-60 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. For the optional sauce: Combine the condensed milk, 3/4 cup sugar and butter. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook briefly until thick and creamy. Off heat, stir in vanilla. Serve cake warm or at room temperature from pan, with the warm sauce, if desired.
