In your homemade Mac & cheese are you going to use whole milk?!

Question: cream, half & half, other?

Answers: cream, half & half, other?

I've found that it doesn't make much difference. The cheese has enough fat that it makes the fat content of the milk irrelevant.

it depends,
if you want to cut a bit of fat you might want to use reduced fat...
etc
depends how you want it

it doesn't matter what you use, just whatever you want, i guess

Mmmmmm gooood! If I'm making them for just me...I use half and half or whipping cream...BUT the rest of my extended family have a history of heart problems and/or diabetes...so I use low-fat milk when I bake it for company. ( My secret is 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper! )

Usually I would use whole milk as it tastes the best!

i use 2% milk

The best mac & cheese that I've made has been with evaporated milk (12 oz).

Carnation condensed milk makes it really creamy and full flavored.

You don't have to. 2 % actually gives you a good result.
