I'm not that original lol.

How about making a bunch of breakfast burritos.

12 medium sized flour tortillas (tomato is nice)
12 eggs
1/2 diced red or green pepper
12 slices of processed cheese (any flavor)
12 slices of pre cooked bacon (or 6 sausage patties cooked and crumbled)

Scramble the eggs with the red or green pepper. If you are using cooked sausage rounds, crumble them in the eggs during the last minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Lay out the tortillas.

Place 1 slice of cheese in the middle of each tortilla

Distribute the egg mixture evenly between the tortillas. If using bacon, break each piece in half and lay on top of the eggs.

Roll the tortillas into individual burritos, wrap each with a paper towel, and place in a large baggie to freeze.

You can take one out each morning and reheat for 30 seconds to 1 minute - quick breakfast :)

Go to allrecipes.com and type in "creme brulee french toast"

Muffined Eggs

these can be refrigerated and reheated on medium heat in micro later for like 90 seconds to 2 minutes.

roll canned biscuits out to pie rounds and line buttered baking cups, custard cups, etc with them. Break an egg into each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if you like. Bake in 425 F oven about 30 to 45 minutes. Cool or eat immediately.

have deep dish individual pizza pans? roll out the biscuits to fit the pans, Scramble sausage, drain it, and scramble in some eggs. Put this in the pizza pans lined with biscuits. Put some cream of "whatever" soup on this and sprinkle cheese over that. Bake in 400 F oven 10 minutes as is, or freeze and bake in 400 F oven 35 minutes.

Oatmeal muffins they are delicious and easy to make.

The old tortilla. Use the thick corn flour ones. On one place sliced cheese, a little jalapeno and place another tortilla on top. Microwave. Yum. Re micro it later or eat it cold. Burritos with beans of many sorts.Cook the beans. Then fry them in extra-virgin olive oil, just a little oil. Mash them as they cook. Spoon them into a wheat flour tortilla. Take avocado, lettuce, onion or what ever turns your taste buds on and have a fiesta.

If you got a sweet tooth, brown the flour tortilla, moisten it with a little water, sprinkle sugar, or Splenda, and cinnamon. A pleasant treat. All of these are health conscious for we BIGG people.

stuffed bread

you can use french bread that is even a few days old. even when has harden.

cut the bread on thick slices and remove the middle part.

in a skillet put a little olive oil or veg oil, toast the bread, in the middle of the bread put and egg and a little salt and pepper on top of egg.

put just a little water in button of pan. and cover it and let it cook til the egg is done around 3-4 minutes.

When eggs are done, serve with salsa and cheese on top.
