I want to make a crab & shrimp casserole, but need a recipe without cheese. Help?!
2 cans tiny salad shrimp
2 cans good quality crabmeat
1 cup finely chopped green and/or red bell pepper
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon of salt
dash pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bread crumbs
Flake the crabmeat. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix
together. Grease a baking pan and put the mixed ingredients in the pan, smoothing it out without pushing it down too much. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers as appetizer or over a bed of rice as an entree.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups water
* 1 cup uncooked white rice
* 1 pound crab meat
* 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen shrimp, thawed
* 2 cups mayonnaise
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 2 cups milk
* 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
* 1/2 cup sliced almonds
* 10 buttery round crackers, crushed
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 3 quart casserole dish.
2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Combine crab meat, shrimp, rice, mayonnaise, onion, milk, hot sauce, and almonds in casserole dish. Mix well.
4. Cover top of casserole with crumbled crackers. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until casserole is bubbling.

CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 lb. sm. shrimp
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
Salt, pepper, any seafood seasoning to taste
Toss all ingredients lightly together. Place in a greased 3 quart casserole. Refrigerate, covered until ready to bake. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until peas are done. Serves 6.

Easy Shrimp and Crab Casserole:
1 lb. shrimp steamed and peeled
1/2 lb. crabmeat
2 jars chopped pimentos
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tblsp. chopped onion
2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup half and half
Mix all together and heat in 375 degree oven until hot and bubbly.
