Do you have a recipe that's taste like stuff bell pepper but it's a casserole instead? (mixed all together)!


Question: Bell Pepper Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 (14.5 can) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 large bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup water
1/2 salt
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef, drain. Transfer to a 2 qt. casserole. Add the next 8 ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done. Rice may be partially cooked before adding if you wish. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese on top. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted. Yield: 4-6 servings.

1/8teaspoongarlic salt

1teaspoonbeef bouillon granules
15ouncesdiced tomatoes, petite cut
1/2cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Brown meat and onion in skillet; drain.
Stir in rice, salt, garlic salt, bouillon, water, cheese and diced tomatoes; heat through.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and line with peppers.
Pour meat mixture over peppers.
Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
