Answers: I have some in my fridge and just went to look at it. Ten per cent milk fat.

it's half cream half milk, coffee creamer will have the same results

Half and Half is basically a dairy product. It's basically equal parts of milk and cream. A good substitiution would be 1 cup half and half = 1 cup less 2 tablespoons milk plus 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter

It's basically creamer

Half and half is in the dairy section of your grocers. Is half cream and half whole milk.

Go to the dairy section of your grocery store, it's labeled half and half. Don't use the stuff labeled coffee creamer, it's similar, but not the same and your recipe won't turn out right.

1/2 cream & 1/2 milk, you can get it next to the coffee creamer which is usually next to the milk at the groshery store.

half cream and half milk .... sold in various sizes in grocery store

Half and half is a dairy product. It is sold under that exact name in the milk part of the store. If you can't find it. it is richer than whole milk, but not so much as cream. If you can't find it , I would err on the rich side and go for cream. If money is a consideration, the whole milk will most likely work too.

Half and Half is 50%cream and 50%milk...it is used in coffee.
It comes already made in the groceries store next to the milk
