Which kind of cutting board won't dull knives?!

Answers: Bacteria on wood boards is a myth. Clean the board after each use, and as with any board, mark one side so you can identify it, and always use the same side for raw food (that will be cooked) and the other side for everything else (or use two boards).

plastic....or wood....but wood isn't easy to keep sanitary.
so go with the plastic.
I really don't think that there is any cutting board that will not cause at least a little bit of dulling to your knifes, that is why most sets come with a sharpener, there really is no way to avoid it, but I am fond of the bamboo cutting boards just because they do not absorb bactria and such like most wood cutting boards.
Wood is by far the best and it's actually more sanitary than plastic. They've done scientific studies to prove it.
