How about salmon cooked this way...
Poach some salmon in white wine with chopped spring onions.
Add some dried dill.
Add some cooked peeled prawns.
When it's cooked and heated through, stir in some double cream.
Serve with new boiled potatoes, peas and sweetcorn.
DELICIOUS!!!!!
Tilapia is light and tasty. Can be grilled if you choose....
Hake is lovely either fried, baked or stewed. There's a lot of Spanish recipes that use this fish.
I'm not big on fish but i do like the "Talapia".Most grocers have it.Very mild taste & you can add your own seasonings or sauce.
Tuna steak on the barbecue. Delicious
Salmon. Betty Crocker must have a website or Richard Simmons.
Tuna you do not need to de-bone it, just not eat to much cause it contains mercury. Which is bad for the body. Buy the dolphin safe cans.
Try smoked firm fish like cod for a change.
Just type in the name of the fish you can buy locally and see what they offer as recipes
