How to make a pizza at home?!
Answers: I am 14 years girl and want to surprise my parents who are returning from a trip tomorrow evening. Please guide me how to make a good pizza at home?
Yummy. Well, are you willing to make the crust? If so, look some recipes up on the internet, cause I don't know how to make it. But otherwise, buy a pizza crust (which will be more like dough, since its not cooked yet) from the supermarket.
For the basic toppings, you need: (this is my way, and its delish)
tomato paste
grated cheese (i love mozarella, but white cheddar is great too)
one or two cloves of crushed garlic
olive oil
oregano
These are the toppings I love, but you can choose whatever you like:
Sliced black olives (without the seed, obviously)
Paprika slices (make sure to de-seed)
Onion (in rings)
Eggplant slices (thin!)
Zucchini slices
So, unwrap your pizza base and place it onto your baking sheet lined baking tray. Spread ontop with a spoon a nice layer of tomato paste. Then spread your crushed garlic over the tomato paste. Then lay out your chosen toppings over the pizza, trying to have equal amounts of each topping all around the pizza. Sprinkle the grated cheese over your pizza, put as much as you like. Sprinkle some oregano, and drizzle some olive oil onto your almost ready pizza!
Look at cooking time on the pizza crust wrapper, and set your timer to that time. But I suggest you keep an eye on your pizza so you can take it out whenever you think it looks best. If the cheese hasnt melted, its deffinately not time to take the pizza out!
Serve with garlic bread, and a fresh salad if you want.
Dont be afraid to pile on any toppings you like, because it is hard for a pizza to go wrong!
If you have the ability to buy a Boboli pizza crust at the store, they make an easy custom pizza. I buy them and put the sauce on and top with onions, pepperoni, bell pepper, thinly sliced tomatoes, and spices like garlic powder and Italian seasonings and them top with mozzarella cheese. The package says to cook for something like 7-10 minutes, but I always cook for about 20 minutes. It comes out great. I bake on a cookie sheet and spray some Pam on the sheet first.
look it up on the internet for simple recipies on how to make pizza. i know there is toooooooooons of recipies for pizza

if you can buy a crust, then spread tomato paste, sauce is kinda too thin paste is best, maybe add a little extra spices to it. then added cheese any type you want really, and what ever other toppings you want, i would cook it about 450 or so for about 35-30 min. till the crust is gold and cheese is melty. good luck. type homemade pizza into your search engine you'll get a lot of results if your going to make the dough as well.
you can buy a crust and sauce at the grocery store then the toppings you like. Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is done. Make sure you clean the kitchen after you are done and your parents will appreciate it a lot more, even if the pizza isn't great tasting
get some English muffins, spread some ragu spaghetti sauce on them, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, then put in your oven on broil for a few minutes until cheese melts and gets a little golden brown around edges. Be sure to stay right there in the kitchen though. Cooking with broil can burn your food real fast if you are not watching it.
