Good, quick, coffee cake recipe with these ingredients?!

Question: I have cake/pastry flour (no all-purpose flour), eggs, milk, sugar (brown and white), and my butter is frozen- about a cup, or a little less.
So I want to melt the butter, I guess, to speed things up.
I have baking powder and soda.
I just don't have time to sort through recipes right now, so if you can lead my to the recipe, I would appreciate it very much.
I will go get the eggs out of the fridge.
