I use this recipe quite often! Give it a try...

2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch paprika
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

i always add these to hummus....
i heat it with garlic.... add some sesame oil or olive oil, lemon juice... salt to taste and best to eat it with gyro bread.... thats the only way i know of....
but u cud add some seasoning salt on it too.... instead of regular salt....

2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Puree everything in a food processor until well blended, but still a little chunky.
