baked potato or fries and a salad, maybe a piece of garlic bread and some grilled shrimp
Mashed potatoes and gravy and/or steamed veggies. And biscuits if you're feeling really ambitious. Mmmm....
That sounds good!
loaded baked potato on the side
let steaks warm up for 30 min or so. season both sides w/ kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. slap on a really hot grill for about 4 min, do not move once you slap it down. Then in 4 min, flip, give it another 3-4, depedning upon rareness you like, then serve.
Mashed potatos are good. Oh and put just a little bit of red wine in ur steak.
season with pepper then pan fry with butter and a little oil five minute on each side.. serve with homemade coleslaw and salad.
Ok if you don't have a grill, get out your broiler pan. Cooking them in the broiler produces the least amount of fat and is the healthiest ( even over grilling on a charcoal grill). Sprinkle the steaks with seasoning...I recommend either crushed fresh garlic, and Lawry's seasoned salt and a bit of pepper, or Montreal Steak Seasoning. Broil a few minutes on each side will give a lovely medium-rare doneness.
For a side dish, how about Red bliss garlic mashed potatoes... simple to make. All you got to do is boil 5 red bliss potatoes, and leave the skin on 2-3 of them. After they are cooked, mash the potatoes with a masher, or ricer, add 2 teaspoons crushed garlic ( used the jarred kind it is easier), milk, butter and salt. Whip until smooth.
Add an ear of the Birdseye Steamfresh mini corn on the cob, Fresh Italian or French Bread
Well dig-a-ling according to the smartest chef in the universe, the God Yahweh says you must cook all the blood out of the meat to prevent contracting unnecessary diseases through the blood of the animal. He also says to cut off all fat and throw it away, do not eat it for the same disease prevention reason as the blood. So what Yahweh is telling us for health reasons is not to eat meat from animals that is not cooked well done.
