Valentines Day dinner?!

Question: I'm planning on making my boyfriend dinner on Valentines Day. I don't know what to make. I was thinking spaghetti and etc, but it seems like whenever he's over for dinner we have spaghetti. Although that's close to the extent of my cooking skills. I'm not great, and 15. So I'm somewhat limited. I could get my parents to help a bit, but I'd like to do it on my own.

Does anyone have any ideas for any good meals for me to make? That are simple, yet delicious.

All guys love steak (well all the ones I know). And potatoes, it's a classic. Go to allrecipes.com they have tons of recipes and you can sort them by how many people gave it a good rating. You could also make spaghetti bolognese (basically spag. in meat sauce), it's a little different from what you normally make. And don't forget dessert. A cke would be nice but ice cream sundaes are a great no cook option.

This always gets me an extra point. Serve with Peas, and some crusty bread.

Combine cornstarch with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture and blend well. Simmer, covered, about 1 ? hours until meat is tender, Serve over noodles or rice. Check seasoning, may need some salt.

For a romantic dinner for two, broil or grill two filets mignon wrapped in bacon. Drizzle with Merlot Sauce.

This is an easy recipie and will impress your partner.
Poach some salmon in white wine with chopped spring onions.
Add some dried dill.
Add some cooked peeled prawns.
When it's cooked and heated through, stir in some double cream.
Serve with new boiled potatoes, peas and sweetcorn.
DELICIOUS!!!!!
Enjoy your meal.

AppleBees no mess to clean up!

Otherwise egg foo young at a Chinese Restraraunt with Won Ton Soup and Tea. Still no mess to clean up.

Egg omellette add in pieces of green bell pepper and ham, small amounts of tofu. Cook it yourself. His favorite flavored ice cream scoop or two. Breyers Vanilla is very good, one with cherries is super good. Unless thats another brand.

This is pretty, and simple..... a small salmon filet for each of you, broiled with some butter on top for about 5-8 minutes under the broiler (keep an eye on them, they will burn if you leave them too long!)

Buy a packet of Uncle Ben's wild rice and boil that to directions (dead easy)

Boil another pan of water and cook either fresh broccoli or snow peas, 3 things on the plate and they're all good stuff.

For dessert if you're up to it bake a small box cake that morning (any kind you like) ice it and have that as the finale.
Or you can purchase some cute cupcakes from the bakery for the two of you.

What about steak? Filet mignon? Just add a little salt the pan...let it get hot....them place the filet mignon in and cook on both sides....you can saute onions and mushrooms in a little butter and serve it over the steak. You can also make a nice salad to go with it. Very easy!

You could make him Chicken Parm or sea scallops. Most men like that!
