place the chicken on a rack inside of a lasagna pan, add a tad of water. cover LIGHTLY with foil for about 30 minutes, and then remove the foil to let it brown...cook at about 350 degrees

for 3 pound chick, cook uncovered at 350 for 11/2 hour...it will be fine

I wish i cud tell you. My Mom cooks it for me.

and by the way....dont forget to invite me...when u make it.

I Love Tandoorissssss....mmmmm !!!! delicious.

get a thermometer and make sore you don't cook it past 160
It will get to 165 when it is resting.

What i know.. in doing tandoories chicken... you just have to marinate the chicken.. no need to basting it.. so it's not a good Ideas to basting it just cause it won't dry.

Cook it in a very low temprature will help.. 180c - 190c. for about 1 hrs for 1 kg of chicken. If you cover it with the foil.. It done.. but dull in colour... no brownies. But do.. flip it over more over... so that it cook nicely.

If you put it in the pan.. it not tandoori chicken.. it a roast chicken.. that the meaning of tandoori..
