Breaded Chiken?!

Question: I have chicken breasts and I want to make it so it's like breaded but I don't know what to do so I can do that... And how would you cook it once you make the breading mix?

Well, the obvious answer would be to use bread crumbs. If you don't have any, you can put bread in a food processor or blender to make your own. Season them with anything-salt,pepper,oregano, paprika, chile powder, garlic or onion powder.Grated cheeses can also be added, like parmesan or romano. You can also use flour with the same ingredients. You will have to get the chicken wet so that the breading will stick. Use water, milk, egg (beaten) or even mustard. Pretty much anything you like that is wet. Then either bake the chicken (until an internal temp of 165) or at about 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken. You can also saute them in olive oil or vegtetable oil-even butter works.

Place saran wrap/plastic wrap over your chicken breasts and pound til about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle a bit of Lawry's seasoned salt or McCormick's Season all. Then dredge your chicken thru milk or beaten egg and coat in the bread crumbs (plain not italian). Heat oil in your pan until sizzling when a drop of water is dripped into it. Place chicken in. Turn heat to medium and cook until golden about 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Be sure chicken is not pink in the center. Since you have pounded it with a meat beater it will cook quickly.
