Easy deep-fry ideas?!

Question: Hi all! I just bought a small deep-fat fryer and am quite unsure what to do with it. I didn't grow up with one, but my husband always raves about them. I have three small children, so recipes must be quick and easy! Besides catfish, I haven't used it to cook anything else. Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Take some shrimp with the tail still on (raw) and wrap with one strip of prosciutto or bacon. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry. Or just good old fashioned beer battered fish is nice.

I have 3 teens who often have friends over and we always do the following
French Fries
Mushrooms
Cheesesticks
Pizza rolls
Taquitos
Jalapeno poppers
Chicken fingers
Chicken nuggets
burritos
egg rolls
empanadas

Just to name a few :*)

Chicken , fried cheese, fried veggies, much much more

Crab Rangoon! Take some crab, mix with softened cream cheese and some spices, wrap a little in a wonton wrapper- SEAL all air out and deep fry until golden. Serve with a sweet and spicy sauce or soy sauce. YUM

Get some cream cheese and green onions and wonton wrappers and sweet and sour sauce.

Slice up the onions.
Mix them in with the cream cheese.

Put a small spoonful on wonton wrappers, wet the edges of the wrappers with water so they stick, and fold them diagonally, so that two opposite points touch.

Leave them in the deep fryer until they look something like this:

Although those might be a bit dark, depending on what you enjoy....

Put them on paper towels to soak up the extra oil while they cool, and then dip them in the sweet and sour sauce and enjoy!!!

i don't know
