You could make a chicken and rice casserole by baking the chicken with rice and cream of chicken soup. The recipe usually calls for cream of mushroom, but it seems like an easy substitute. You could serve carrots on the side.

I'm not sure if you have the ingredients, but you could also make chicken salad sandwiches, or toss the chicken with a green salad.....

Good luck, and I hope this helps! :)

make chicken a la king or fricasse it is very easy and tastes good

Chicken noodle soup! Or you could cook the rice with the can for the cream of soup recipes, then add cooked carrots and the heated chicken.

put the chicken in a large lasagne or baking dish with 2 cups uncooked rice, 4 cups water, chopped carrots, and your can of soup, stir thoroughly and cover with aluminum foil
bake at 450 for 1 hour

Just throw everything into a pan and cook! Sounds good to me! ;)

make the white rice. then make the cream of chicken soup(note do not add the water just heat it up)and mix the chicken in the soup and pour over the rice. you can add the carrots to the rice if desired or corn if on hand but i prefer it to be plain rice.

Fry 1 large chopped onion with some crushed garlic and ginger if you have some. Add roughly chopped carrots, chopped potatoes and some frozen peas. Cook for a few minutes then add some curry powder, salt, pepper and cooked boned chicken pieces. Stir and add the can of chicken soup with 1 can of water. Cook until veggies are tender and serve with boiled rice.
Always a winner in my house. If you like it hot, add some chopped chili.
