Where can I find recipe...Or if you have one in your cookbook?!

Question: I lost my cook book. I have children to feed for breakfas tomorrow. I am out of milk and eggs. I need to make delicious tasty healthy muffins. They travel 40 minutes one way to private school each day and need their nutriments.

What I have now:

Fresh carrots
Rolled oat
Oat bran
dates
flax seeds
Walnuts

Remember I have no milk & eggs, I know I can use flax seeds to substitute for eggs. PLEASE HELP!!!

Try the site recipezaar.com -- you can pick the ingredients that you have and have them filter out the items that you don't have. It is a favorite of mine!

with hot water, make oatmeal. Grate up a carrot or two and throw it into the hot oatmeal along with some chopped dates.
No muffins tomorrow.

The Allrecipes site and the Betty Crocker site are favorites of mine. Go into the sites and then type in your ingredients and you will get all kinds of recipes. You could also just type " muffin recipes with no eggs" and see what happens. The Joy of Cooking is another good site.
