Answers: so i decided to make steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli, asparagus and potatoes) to eat along with chicken except i dont know how i should cook the chicken? lemon pepper chicken, grilled, fried? no idea!! help!
Lemon pepper chicken grilled is the way to go. I'm having it tonight also!! enjoy :)
Is it a full chicken that you can roast? Cuz that's always a sure bet... If not, you could grill or bbq it.
You could, grill it, bake it, fry it, sautee it,
use lemon pepper if you wish or barbeque sauce, or rosemary, or ginger....lots of differnt things you can do with chicken....mexican chicken.....chicken parm, sante fe chicken, go to all receipes.com and search for differnt ways to prepare chicken....remember you can do basically anything you you prefer, experiment to you taste.......you could also stir fry the chicken, beer batter it and fry it.......
pop it in the oven and put the veggies in it too. That way they have the flavor of the chicken
You can cut your chicken in strips and lightly grill.
( Rince well first.) You can season with sauce or just regular seasoning. Lemon peppper is good. Spraying grill pan with non stick is what I do. Or if it a full chichen rince and roast. which takes a little longer. Grease will come off chicken so have it in pan that will catch that. Again just season to your desire.
Stir-fry the chicken with the vegetables. Marinade the chicken in soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil for at least an hour before cooking in a hot hot pan. Add the steamed veggies in at the last minute and stir them around to coat them in sauce. With steamed brown rice it would make a lovely dinner.
if it is a whole chicken roast it in the oven, if it is chicken breast grill it with some rosemary, if you have ties, you can debone them and poach them in wine. actually anything goes with steamed veggies
Lemon pepper would be the best choice, either baked or rotisserie
this is real easy and goes good with veggies , i usually slice my chicken in half and stuff it with chesse and roasted bell peppers , after i brown it on the grill i will cook it slow and finish it in the oven , while the chicken is cooking a nice garlic alfredo sauce will go great on top of the chicken and the vegetables , for the sauce i usually just heat up some heavy cream , butter , salt and pepper in a sauce pan , in another skillet i will heat up melted butter then add fresh garlic , chopped mushrooms , and a little red wine at the end , after that you can just add that to the heavy cream and then let it reduce , simple and easy and it tastes great !! good luck
