Does anyone have a good fruit salad recipe using grapes?!
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. pineapple syrup
24 marshmallows quartered or 2 c. plus 40 miniature marshmallows
2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. mandarin oranges
1 1/2-2 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Soften cheese, blend with salad dressing. Beat in pineapple syrup and add marshmallows and pineapple. Fold in whipped cream, grapes and mandarin oranges. Pour in 11 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Freeze until firm. When serving, cut into squares and arrange on lettuce leaves about 15 minutes before serving so it can thaw a bit. Serves 12. Great holiday salad.
OR
SWEET FRUIT SALAD
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup canned pineapple
1 regular size pkg. Jello
1 packet Knox gelatine
1 cup apples, chopped
1 medium size can Mandarin oranges
1/2 cup grapes
1 cup peaches, chopped
1 cup apricots, chopped
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup mangoes, chopped
Combine gelatine and Jello and sugar in a small bowl, mixing well. Add three cups boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Drain syrup from canned fruits and measure out 1/2 cup. In a medium bowl, mix the syrup, pineapple, apples, oranges, grapes, peaches, apricots, strawberries, and mangoes. Stir in Jello mixture. Refrigerate for 3 hours or leave overnight before serving. Serve with Cool Whip and a sprig of fresh mint as a garnish.

Delightful Fruit Salad
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups tart apples, diced
* 1 cup seedless grapes, green
* 1/2 cup Mandarin orange sections
* 1 cup miniature marshmallows
* 1/2 cup pecans
* 2 teaspoons lemon juice
* 1 cup whipped cream
* 1/4 cup sugar
PREPARATION:
Coat apples with lemon juice; mix in grapes, orange sections, marshmallows, and nuts. Combine sugar and whipped cream. Mix thoroughly. Fold fruit into cream. Serve immediately or chill.
Serves 6.
Fruit Salad
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup pecans, chopped
3 bananas, sliced
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
3 medium apples, chopped (unpeeled)
1/2 lb red seedless grapes, halved
Place reserved pineapple juice in a small saucepan; add sugar, flour and beaten egg.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
Allow to cool.
In a large bowl, combine pecans with pineapple chunks, bananas, orange segments, apples and grapes.
Pour cooled dressing over fruit mixture; toss gently, making sure everything is well coated.
Chill before serving.
I make fresh fruit salad all the time with red seedless grapes, cut up apples and any other kind of fruit you like, then mix it into vanilla yogurt with coconut.
One of my favorites is a Waldorf Salad.
