How to make a lava cookie?!

Lava- 3oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk(Eagle Brand)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cookie-1+3/4 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp+1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
11 Tb unsalted butter
3/4 c smooth peanut butter
1/2 + 1Tb light brown sugar
6Tb granulated sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 lg egg

Preheat oven to 350;spray several cookie sheets with vegtable oil;set aside.
To make Lava melt chocolates in top of a double boiler;combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in med bowl; using a whisk stir melted chocolates vigerously into milk until the mixture is smooth and well blended-set aside.
Making cookie dough- add flour,baking soda and salt;using electric mixter cream butter, peanut butter,both sugars and vanilla-mix until ligh and fluffy (10 minutes);stopmixter twice to scrape sides of bowl;then add egg and beat for 1 minute and mix on low until blended(15 to 20 seconds); measure out a heaping Tb of dough and roll into ball with your hands;place ball 2 inches apart on cookie sheet;using thumb press a hole into each center of ball;place a heaping tsp of lava mixture into hole;pinch opening together(just alittle) so lava willnot over flow but will still be visible;bake cookies until lightly golden brown (16 to 18 minutes. To store cookies use a air tight container and you can store in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days;after that freeze for up to 2 weeks in freezer, bring to room temp before eating.
