When cooking rissoles - how do you make it so they dont fall apart?!
Answers: These are store bough rissoles, and im cooking it now and they're falling apart big time!! What am i doing wrong?
Slow cook them, turn the pan down, if they are already in the pan theres not much u can do now!! Enjoy..
Try turning them with 2 forks. Not a spatula. I also cook mine in the oven- healthier and no more falling apart!!
You probably have the pan too hot.
Roll them in egg yolk and bread crumbs. Add spices and herbs to suit.
cook them on low heat and keep them moist,baste them every now and then,turning up the heat too much will only cause them to stick to the pan.
